All Governors are volunteers. Governors do not need to be education experts. The most effective governors listen, think and ask questions.

The Waterfield Primary School Governors team includes parent governors, staff governors and other governors with specific roles associated with the Church and the Local Educational Authority.

Waterfield Primary School has four committee: the Leadership & Management Committee, the Standards & Achievements Committee, the Wellbeing Committee and the Quality of Provision Committee.
