Our school times are as follows:

MORNING        :    8.50 am    -    12.00 noon
AFTERNOON    :   1.00 pm     -    3.15 pm

Children enter school through the door nearest to their class unit and not through the front entrance.

The bell is rung in the playground at 8.50 a.m. every morning to signal the start of the school day. The Headteacher or the Deputy Headteacher is on duty in the playground every morning from 8.40 a.m. Children in the Reception class should be taken into their unit by parents and carers when the bell is rung. Children in other years will be taken into school by their class teacher to avoid congestion in the cloakroom areas.

Please allow your child to come in by themselves as this helps to develop their independence, thinking and organisational skills

Please ensure that your child arrives on time for school, but remember that we would rather your child arrived late than did not come at all.

It is very important that you collect your child on time at the end of the school day. Children become worried and upset if they are left waiting while other children are going home. We do understand that there are times when parents are unavoidably delayed. If this should happen PLEASE telephone us so that we can reassure your child that you are on your way.
